POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS E MUDANÇAS CLIMÁTICAS UMA ANÁLISE BIBLIOMÉTRICA

Resumo
O estudo teve como objetivo explorar a produção científica em políticas públicas sobre as mudanças climáticas. Para fundamentar a investigação, adotou-se a teoria das políticas climáticas como referencial teórico. A pesquisa foi conduzida pelo método bibliométrico, utilizando dados coletados nas bases da Web of Science (WOS) e Scopus, em setembro de 2024. Esses dados foram examinados descritivamente por meio das técnicas de desempenho (análise de autoria, instituições, países e periódicos) e mapeamento científico (análise de cocitação, coocorrência de palavras, coautoria e análise de rede), com apoio da ferramenta Bibliometrix-R. Os resultados indicaram que as publicações sobre o tema passaram por uma expansão a partir do protocolo de Kyoto e apresentaram como características gerais a diversificação da produção científica, elevada dispersão do conhecimento e consolidação do tema no campo de investigação interdisciplinar de relevância global. Em contrapartida, a produção científica brasileira emergiu de forma tardia, restrita e fragmentada. O artigo oferece uma visão abrangente da evolução, da estrutura intelectual e das redes sociais do campo, contribuindo para orientar futuras investigações. Pesquisas comparativas e colaborativas representam oportunidades promissoras para o avanço do conhecimento científico na área.
